EXAMU’s fanservice-heavy slugfest Nitroplus Blasterz lands on Steam this Winter
In case you missed it when it landed on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 earlier this year, XSEED Games today announced that its 2D crossover fighter Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel will be returning to make the jump from consoles to Windows PC this winter.
Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel is developed by EXAMU, the studio responsible for the over-the-top Arcana Heart series of fighting games and Aquapazza: Aquaplus Dream Match, and features vibrant, no-holds-barred fighting with a cast of lively heroines in frantic, team-based battles. The game draws its cast of heroines from the visual novel company Nitroplus’ expansive list of IPs, including playable characters Ein, Mora, Ruili, Al Azif, Saya, Ignis, Anna, Muramasa the 3rd, Kibanohara Ethica, Saber, and Ouka.
We scored the game a 4.5 out of 5 in our review back in February saying, “Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel is a very welcome addition to the PlayStation 4’s library of one-on-one fighters. EXAMU’s previous work with the Arcana Heart series shines through in this 2D smackdown, delivering a highly-polished fighter that no fans of the genre will want to miss. With a deep and rewarding fighting system, silky-smooth online play and a stable of absolutely off-the-wall characters to master, this is one game you’ll want to keep in rotation for months to come.”
