Hello Neighbor looks to satisfy stealth fans.
Ever wondered what your devious next-door neighbor was up to? tinyBuild, the popular independent publisher behind SpeedRunners and Clustertruck, today announced Hello Neighbor, a stealth horror game that pits the player against an evolving AI.
There’s something not-quite-right going on in the house next door, and it’s up to you to determine what secrets may lie in the basement. Hello Neighbor recalls classic Hitchcock suspense thrillers like Rear Window, and tinyBuild is promising a “constantly evolving experience.”
If your favorite point-of-entry is the backyard window, expect The Neighbor to figure that out and react accordingly. Next time around a well-placed bear trap may cause you to re-think your strategy. If you’re caught, you’d better memorize an effective escape plan, because The Neighbor knows plenty of shortcuts!
Hello Neighbor is slated for release next Summer on Steam, and tinyBuild is accepting applications for alpha testers right now. Sign-ups for the alpha can be submitted here.
