Fighting meets fashion with the limited edition Tekken 7 jacket
In celebration of the upcoming Tekken 7, Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has officially announced the release of its limited edition Tekken 7 Heihachi Sukajan Jacket.
Designed by Project Runway Season 13 contestant Carrie Sleutskaya, the Heihachi Sukajan Jacket is a reversible bomber-style jacket that features an entirely unique design on either side. The jacket’s “statement” side prominently features a royal burgundy and gold color scheme, along with a detailed embroidery of the Japanese God of Wind, Fūjin, on the back. The “traditional” side of the jacket showcases a tamer design, featuring a re-imagining of Heihachi’s signature dark grey gi with the roaming tiger on the jacket’s back.
The Heihachi Sukajan Jacket is currently available for pre-order in unisex sizes ranging from Small to 2XL on Bandai Namco’s online store for $449.99; a price which may be a bit out of reach for all but the most hardcore of Tekken enthusiasts. Additionally, those who order the jacket will receive a copy of Tekken 7 for the console of their choosing upon release, at no additional charge.
