#14- Thomas Was Alone
Thomas Was Alone made me feel legitimate emotions for faceless shapes. I’ll repeat that to let it sink in: Thomas Was Alone made me feel emotional for shapes. If that statement doesn’t scream “Quality!”, then I’m not sure what will. Developed by indie creator Mike Bithell, this 2D Puzzle-platformer is sure to warm the heart with it’s quirky characters, creative level design, and wonderful narration. Expertly voiced by Danny Wallace, the story of Thomas Was Alone is one of friendship, trust, and teamwork. Sure, I just spat a bunch cliché words at you- but it’s true. All of it. Thomas Was Alone is a must-play for anyone who enjoys unique narratives or puzzle platformers; it’s only $9.99, so what are you waiting for?
