Top 5 Video Games That Should be Movies

2. Bioshock Series

Bishock Collection

What could have greater content for a movie than the Bioshock series? Taking place deep under the ocean, high above the clouds, or both. This spellbinding set of games has it all—an engrossing mythos, visually striking settings, and a captivating plot jam-packed with moral undertones. It is this superb mixture that would serve the silver screen excellently.

A Bioshock movie was once planed. However, it ultimately fell through. Now years after the release of Bioshock Infinite, and mere months before the release of Bioshock: The Collection, there has been no better time to treat gamers and non-gamers alike to the worlds of Rapture and Columbia. Some serious acting chops are needed to bring the likes of Andrew Ryan and Booker DeWitt to life. If the right names are chosen, a movie based on this series could truly be bio-shockingly marvelous.
