7th Dragon III Code: VFD demo lands on eShop, offers players reward in full game

SEGA has announced that the demo for 7th Dragon III Code: VFD is now available in the Americas on the Nintendo eShop for the 3DS, allowing players to get an early taste of the game ahead of its release next month.

While the full game allows players to customize their own squad of heroes, the demo provides players with a streamlined pre-made group with a character cap of level 10. However, once you transfer the save data to the full game, you can refund all the skill points and customize the group any way you want. To top it off, players who check out the demo will be rewarded when the full game is released, but SEGA is remaining mum on what exactly this bonus will be.

7th Dragon III Code: VFD will arrive July 12 in retail stores and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS in the Americas. For more on the game, be sure to check out our hands-on preview here.
