Take a look at the locales you’ll be exploring later this month in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine
CD Projekt RED today released a fresh new trailer for the upcoming The Witcher 3: Blood And Wine expansion, offering a look at the sprawling region of Toussaint, a remote land that Geralt of Rivia will explore in the final piece of story DLC for the game.
Blood and Wine is slated to be released on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on May 31st, and it’ll bring with it 30+ hours of new content to experience including new monsters to battle, characters to cross paths with, and a massive new landscape that’s roughly the size of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt’s Skellige Islands. Simply put, CD Projekt RED has consistently raised the bar for what fans can expect when it comes to DLC offerings, and Blood And Wine looks to continue this trend by delivering the game’s most substantial injection of fresh content yet.

“Blood and Wine makes The Witcher 3 complete it’s Geralt’s final mission. Containing more than 90 new quests, and over thirty hours of brand new adventures, it’s something that I think gamers will remember for a long time,” Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, Game Director, CD PROJEKT RED said in a recent statement regarding the expansion. “There’s also a massive amount of features we’re giving gamers with this expansion like a dynamic Point of Interest system, a new Gwent deck, new endgame mutation mechanics, and even a place Geralt can call home…. And it’s all happening in a new region as big as No Man’s Land in the base game,” Tomaszkiewicz added.
