Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X dances onto PS4 and Vita August 30, new trailer and pre-order bonus detailed
SEGA today released new details on the upcoming Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X for the Vita and PS4.
The game’s price will be $49.99/CA$64.99 for the PlayStation 4 version, and $39.99/CA$54.99 for the PlayStation Vita version of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X. Both games will launch on Aug. 30.
Additionally, SEGA has announced that they will be including a special Miku item for pre-orders and launch day copies. Included in both the PS4 and PS Vita version will be a special Hatsune Miku pouch, adorned with the symbols of the five new auras that are central to the new style of gameplay.
Check it out below:
In Project DIVA X, players help Miku and her friends sing and dance their way through five Clouds that comprise their world. Each Cloud has its own unique aura — Classic, Cool, Cute, Elegant, and Quirky — that will offer different challenges for players to fulfill. Moreover, the auras of the 30 new and classic songs they perform, and the nearly 300 modules (costumes) they’ll wear, will have an important impact on the many different challenges.
Lastly, SEGA released a new trailer for the game which you can view below:
Project DIVA X also includes a nice added bonus in the form of a new Concert Editor feature. The Concert Editor allows players to take on the role of producer by customizing their own shows with unlocked songs, modules, and accessories. And just as was announced for the Japanese version, the Concert Editor’s Live View mode will support PlayStation VR. Support will be enabled after the launch of PSVR as a free digital update.
