Homefront: The Revolution screens showcase cooperative gameplay, customization
Earlier this week Deep Silver outlined Homefront: The Revolution‘s online multiplayer co-op “Resistance” mode, which allows players to form a Resistance Cell online and wage guerrilla warfare against the KPA military in a heavily-occupied vision of Philadelphia.
A fresh batch of screens from Homefront: The Revolution‘s co-op mode have been released today, offering a fresh look at the game’s impressive visuals which come to life with some impressive lighting effects and detailed character models. Additionally, we get a quick glimpse at the character and weapon customization we’ll find in the mode, which is expected to launch with 12 missions, with developer Dambuster Studios hoping to release an additional 20 Missions within the game’s first year.
For those hoping to get an early taste of the action, Xbox One owners will be the first to experience the action in war-torn Philadelphia when the Closed Beta kicks off February 11-14 exclusively on Microsoft’s console. Homefront: The Revolution will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC in North American retail stores on May 17th, 2016 and May 20th, 2016 in all other territories.
