SEGA Console Sneakers pay bit-kicking tribute to 3 classic systems
Are you a die-hard SEGA fan who wishes he could take his classic consoles wherever you go? If so, we’re right there with you, but that’s not exactly feasible, now is it? In any case, you still may be in luck, power cables be damned.
Japanese game and anime licensed sneaker manufacturer Annipon are releasing a line of stylish SEGA-themed kicks allowing you to profess your love for thee of the former console manufacturer’s most beloved platforms. The shoes, which were originally showcased at the Tokyo Game Show, will be releasing in the West early next year and pay tribute to the Mega Drive, Saturn and Dreamcast. Each of the three models is adorned with fresh accents that look great and showcase each consoles unique visual themes.
The SEGA Console Sneakers will be releasing in China, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and the United States with a February 2016. If you want to get the jump on these limited-edition shoes, you can pre-order them now from Otaku Mode. Each pair retails for a very reasonable $69.99.
