Hotline Miami 2 track and unused demos evolve into new synth-laden album Force De Frappe, available now for pre-order
Ready for some Electronic goodness that only Hotline Miami can inspire? Then look no further than “Force De Frappe“, a new album from Dubmood, who actually made the track “Richard” from the second game.
Force De Frappe is an album that is inspired from the two Hotline Miami games, with the mood and soundscape being major influences. The album will include “Richard” as well as unused demo selections that “build a unique and twisted story about an evil Swedish defence AI, a French nuclear deterrence program gone bad, and AI-built female androids flying vintage SAAB jet fighters over a dark Gothenburg archipelago in 1981.”
Force De Frappe will be releasing on December 21, 2015 in digital formats, as well as the more old fashioned vinyl, cassette tape, and CDs, via Data Airlines, a label company which produces many chiptune and electronic creations.
Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number had some of the best electronic chiptune music in recent years, so fans of that will surely want to remember this date.
