Final Fantasy XV development wrapping up, game is now playable from start to finish
Ladies and gentlemen, the wait is almost over! Well, Kind of. For those who have been waiting since 2006 for Square Enix’s Nine-Plus year development of Final Fantasy XV (Originally being made with the Very Square Enix title of Final Fantasy Versus XIII) to come out, some good news have finally come out: The game is playable from start to finish.
“We’re at the point where we can play the game in its entirety from start to finish, from this, everyone on the development team can get an overall view on the game.”
Development is now being focused on polishing the title, as well as making sure that the graphics and gameplay are perfect. After nearly a decade since announcement, it’s refreshing to know that the game will come out, slated to be on Playstation 4 and Xbox One, sometime in the relatively near future.
Considering that it was supposed to be a part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis series of games that Final Fantasy XIII started, and having been dormant until its retitle in 2013, maybe it’s for the best that it’s just now being close to done, and the director has stated it is going to be sometime in 2016.
