They say legends never die
A few weeks back we reported that Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune was still hopeful he would one day see Mega Man Legends 3 released. As it turns out, maybe he was letting onto a closely held secret after all. Today, his studio Comcept released a trailer for the newly announced Red Ash: The Indelible Legend.
Viewers will notice immediately the word “legends” flashing on the screen. That alone may not seem so suspect, but when you take into account the name “Red Ash” is an anagram for “Re-Dash” (Mega Man Legends was known as Rockman Dash in Japan) things start to seem like a little more than a coincidence.
Comcept is teaming with Studio 4°C to develop Red Ash. The studio promises more details about this intriguing game will be revealed at this weekend’s Anime Expo in Los Angeles during the “Keiji Inafune and Eiko Tanaka Guest Panel.”
Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
