Deus Ex: Mankind Divided director confirms players can bypass all encounters, including bosses
While few would argue against Deus Ex: Human Revolution being a great game, it did have its fair share of issues. One of the most prominent points of contention were the game’s boss fights, which were unavoidable, and forced players to use brute force to overcome their enemies. Given the game’s emphasis on building a character to suit your play style, these encounters became quite a nuisance for players who put an emphasis on stealth and technology stats, who were completely outgunned in these protracted showdowns.
Thankfully, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided seems to be overcoming these previous pitfalls. When asked on Twitter if the game will be ghostable (played without impacting the game’s NPCs), Mankind Divided director Jean-François Dugas offered an enthusiastic confirmation:

Well, that’s certainly a relief for players who plan to tackle the game like a stealthy specter, rather than go in guns blazing.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be releasing on the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC. As of right now there release window for the game has yet to be decided by the game’s publisher Square Enix.
