Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed sheds its threads on Playstation 4 November 25
XSEED Games has announced today that Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed, ACQUIRE’s risque, tongue-in-cheek Vampire Beat-‘em-up will be releasing on the Playstation 4 on November 25. This updated version of the game, which released on the Playstation 3 and Vita back in August, features a slew of enhancements and updates including a “Toybox Mode” that allows players to begin the game with one of every available weapon and clothing item, a “Visual Editor” that allows complete customization of virtually every aspect of the game’s look, chat commands that allow livestream viewers to directly affect the player’s experience in decidedly unusual ways, enhanced visuals with 1080p HD support and much more.
In Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed, players take control of a synthetic vampire as they explore the streets of a detailed recreation of Japan’s Akihabara district, duking it out with other creatures of the night and stripping them down into their skivvies to defeat them with the sun’s lethal rays. I scored the game a solid 3.5 out of 5 in my review back when the game was released. If you’re into over-the-top beat-’em-ups with a bit of a smutty side, you might dig it too.
Look for Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed to hit retail outlets, as well as the Playstation Store via digital download via PlayStation®Store, on November 25, 2014 for $49.99.
