The “Liquid Crystal Monitor” for PlayStation 4 will soon be hitting Japan. The PS4 monitor, made by Hori, attaches to the top of the system and connects via the HDMI cable, essentially turning the gaming machine into a laptop of sorts, as well as making the system somewhat portable. The monitor has a separate power cord which must be plugged in, has a max resolution of1080p, and it looks as though it will be selling for around $314 USD. Once you’re done playing with the monitor on your PS4, you can simply fold it over as you would a laptop. No word on if the monitor will be available stateside yet.
