Escape Your Captor in a Dynamically Changing Nightmare with Kidnapped

Escape your captor in a dynamically changing nightmare with Kidnapped

Deceptive Games looks to ratchet up the tension with their captivating new physiological thriller that puts players in the shoes of a kidnapping victim trapped in an two hundred year old manor who must evade your captor.

The aptly named Kidnapped hopes to immerse players in the confusing, scary and psychologically damaging trauma that results from an abduction victim’s harrowing ordeals. Players must use their wits and senses to decide whether fight or flight is the best option when attempting to escape their murderous tormentor. Kidnapped offers a wealth of items to interact with, puzzles to solve, and a dynamically changing environment to keep armchair abductees on their toes while navigating the game’s massive manor.

“We’re really pleased how our game is turning out. The amount of support since first showing the game is overwhelming” said Gavin Powell, game director for Deceptive Games. “It helps solidify that the game you’re making is heading in the right direction, and that people are excited to play it.”

Kidnapped is planned to release on multiple platforms, with the Steam version to roll out first.

You can download the demo of Kidnapped now from the game’s official site.
