Final Fantasy IV: The After Years Now Available on Android, iOS

Looking for a grand adventure to take on the go? Final Fantasy IV: The After Years is now available for iOS and Android devices. This isn’t the first time North American gamers have been able to get their hands on the game, which was originally released for Japanese mobile devices in 2008.  FFIV: The After Years was released in North America as WiiWare in 2009 then made its way to the PSP two years later. However, this isn’t merely a port of the game, but an enhanced remake, sporting a total 3D facelift. You can get a good look at the game’s gorgeously recreated visuals in the trailer above.

Set 12 years after the events of the original Final Fantasy IV, The After Years has the heroes band together with several new companions as they face a new menacing evil. You can find the game now in the Apple App and Google Play stores for $16.
